SUMMER // FESTIVAL BUYS

So with the recent warm weather in England (although its looking a bit chilly today) it encouraged me to actually go and purchase some summer wear, and some festival inspired outfits for my holiday this year in Benicassim (way too excited.)

First I started searching for some beach wear for my holiday including bandeau's and crop tops, I was pleasantly surpised by my bargains I found

Black, white and lilac bandeau's, New Look, £2.99 each
Green and turquoise bandeau's, Primark £1 each
Red Crop Top - New Look £5.99, White Crop Top - New Look £5.99
Patterned Crop Top - New Look £6.99
New Look is always reliable for some cheap holiday clothes especially if you're looking for plain things. I took a risk with the red crop top as I never buy anything red due to my orange hair, but I thought I'd try it and was happy with it in the end.

Denim skirt, New Look £14.99, Sandals £12 Primark
Lilac skuba skirt, £10 boohoo

I also bought two new skirts for the summer, my denim one (recently featured in my previous post) and a lilac block colour skuba skirt which I think contrasts my hair perfectly, the style is also a winning style with a high waistline complimenting my body shape. Also, the skirt cost only £10 which I couldn't really complain. about.

Also, one of my favourite buys of the day my gladiator silver buckle sandals from Primark (shock) which cost only £12 which I plan to wear a lot this summer.

I also spent a measley £13.00 in Primark on all these accessories for the summer, specifically the bum bag for my holiday. I am please to find the socks also, as frilly socks in Topshop can cost up to £5! (which I've paid before...)
Black and white frilly socks £1.50 each
Tortoise shell sunglasses £1.00
Polkadot sunglasses pouch £1.50
Studded bum bag £5.00
Polka dot hair band £1.50
Hair clips £1.00

And as I leave the best to last... my favourite buys of the day, my two bikini tops; being a woman with boobs slightly bigger than my bottom half, I'm constantly having to either swap over sizes or buy seperates, so when I found two beautiful bikini tops in my size that are actually comfortable, I couldn't say no... H&M have performed well.

Front, Ruched bikini top £12.99,
Back, zip open Bikini top £9.99

I am so pleased with all my buys spending under £90 for all of this, and actually liking my bikinis for a change...

Bring on the hot weather (or I might actually have to wait until my holiday to wear it... Thanks England!)

Katie
